1. General information
This privacy policy sets out the rules for the handling of personal data, as well as the use of cookies. 2. Definitions.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions are adopted:

– Website – the website at www.pliszka-dziubek.pl and on subdomains,
– User – a person using the Website.
3. Information about cookies.

5. Data Protection.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter: the Regulation), the Administrator informs that:
a. The Administrator is the controller of personal data.
b. Provision of data is voluntary. Data will be processed only on the basis of the User’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation) and in legally authorized situations (Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation). The website automatically collects only the information contained in cookies.
c. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, processed for the purpose of serving the User. Data contained in cookies are used to enable the proper operation of the Website.
d. The Administrator will be the recipient of Users’ personal data.
e. Users have the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent) that was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
f. The User has the right to file a complaint with PUODO when he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the provisions of the Regulation.
g. Personally identifiable data of an individual is provided only with the consent of that individual.
h. The Administrator may have an obligation to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent of the request.
